Sean was professional and responsive from start to finish. He was there when he said he was going to be, and let me know on days that he was not going to be there. The job was finished quickly and efficiently and the work he and his crew did was excellent. He and his workers were courteous and friendly, and they did excellent work. I am so pleased with my basement, I can't recommend him enough. I do not wish basement problems on anyone, but recommend him if you do have any sort of problem.    We had water in our basement under a floating floor, and Sean ripped out damaged flooring and walls, put in drains, sump pump and dehumidifier, and replaced flooring and walls.

We hired Century Masonry & Waterproofing several years ago after suffering through several flooded basements. At a time when some contractors are out there trying to sell unnecessary services and products, Sean is an honest, consultative, helpful professional. He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. Thankfully, and knock on wood, we haven't had an issue in years. Thank you Sean and Century Masonry & Waterproofing!

This was an excellent company to work with. I called them and sent out a representative quickly. They advised me about the long wait, but said they'd be able to get to my home the 1st week of January. The crew was excellent! They were courteous and cleaned up very well after themselves. I’d definitely call them again.

Situation resolved!!!! This started off as a little bit of water in the corner of the basement but escalated very quickly with the snow melt. Sean was here the same day I called to assess the situation and began work shortly after. They had to chop up the entire perimeter of the basement floor to install the french drains. This is definitely messy work and they never left a mess behind. All the guys were great and the work was well done and in a very timely manor. HUGE amount of stress has been lifted and thank you to Century Masonry and Waterproofing for making the process relatively painless.
