The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements after experiencing a musty smell, efflorescence and water seepage inside their crawl space. Quality 1st Basements installed a Vapor Barrier System referred to as CleanSpace onto the walls and floors of the crawl space to prevent water, moisture and mold. 

This homeowner in Saddle River, New Jersey was looking to seal their crawl space to prevent water intrusion. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Javier Romero, provided an inspection and suggested a vapor barrier system.
