Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Nelson, worked with this Netcong, New Jersey homeowner to repair the front walkway of their home. The settlement caused trip hazards in certain areas, creating an unsafe sidewalk. To avoid an accident, our team lift and leveled each sidewalk slab to remove the trip hazard and stabilize the area to prevent future movement. PolyLevel is injected underneath the slab, filling the void between the concrete and soil underneath. The slab is brought back towards its original level, securing it in place. PolyLevel is light weight, waterproofing and environmentally friendly making it the perfect solution. 

This Lafayette, NJ homeowner struggled with ongoing settlement issues around their backyard sidewalk area, resulting in dangerous tripping hazards. Our team implemented the usage of our PolyLevel Foam Injections to lift and stabilize the sunken slabs. This required them to inject high-density polyurethane foam beneath the concrete to restore the walkway to its original height. To further address the problem and prevent future issues, we applied our ultraviolet-resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant, to fill the gaps between the slabs and seal out moisture, ensuring the surface is entirely protected from erosion. Now, the homeowner does not have to worry about dangerous tripping hazards around their home!
