The Community Association of Stonehurst were experiencing sunken concrete slabs by the entrance of the home. The slabs posed a tripping hazard to the residents of the area and needed to be fixed immediately.

PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected through small holes, then the foam expands to fill the gaps beneath the concrete and lifts the slab back to its original level. Quality 1st was able to lift and level the various concrete slabs that were affected by the community. Polylevel is an efficient method for quickly and permanently lifting sidewalks. 

Not only did we raise this homeowners pool deck back to its original state, we also sealed the joints using Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to protect the concrete slabs from future damage from natural causes.
