The property management company was in the process of renovating this Brooklyn home. The company frequently works with Quality 1st Basement Systems to determine if any of the homes have basement waterproofing problems. This basement had water seepage through the floor joist. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a full perimeter WaterGuard system to waterproof the basement.
