For this project we came out and upgraded the basements current window to an Egress window. The material used for this job consisted of a 27 x 45 In-Swing Egress window, Bowman Kemp Metal Egress Well and Plastic Cover. We also installed a Well Duct Drain that connected to their current waterproofing system.

We were reached out to by the buyers of this of this property, while going through home inspections, one of the inspectors had pointed out that the pillars were not stable enough to support the house and they would need to be assessed as soon as possible.

We came out to the property to find the current support system made up of cinder blocks and 2 x 6s and we knew immediately our Smart Jack System was needed for this crawlspace.

We came out and installed 1 Supplemental Steel Beam with 2 Smart Jacks. SmartJack is a high- capacity adjustable steel pier that is designed to stop settling and can even raise your floor back to where it was.

This customer was looking for help improving her dirt floor crawlspace. The space had a strong musty odor and there were definite signs of mold growth. We recommended a crawlspace encapsulation system with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. First, we started by regrading the ground to redirect any water seepage towards her sump system. Then we removed the old insulation and treated the entire area with our Mold X2 cleaner and botanical. In place of the old insulation, we installed our SilverGlo insulated wall panels and spray foam. Finally, we lined the floor in Cleanspace drainage matting and our Cleanspace liner. This crawlspace is now safer, healthier and more energy efficient.

At this home, the owner had us install a drainage pipe about 19ft from the home. We were able to dig up the top soil and install the discharge line that is connected from the Sump Pump. The advantages of having an outdoor discharge line are that it is not difficult to install, more cost-efficient, and easier for our installers to come out and maintenance. The discharge line provides a secure way of having unwanted water flow safely from the Sump Pump in the basement to the outside of the home.

This homeowner contacted us regarding their finished basement and had a concern about one of the foundation walls being damp. The walls around the foundation are made of concrete, so they began to get leaks through the cracks. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor barrier on the perimeter walls that capture any moisture or wall leakage from the concrete foundation. Finally, we were able to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, which is created to capture any water or moisture from the walls, making the basement dry and damp free.
