This customer had two hairline fractures in the concrete foundation, that when it would rain, would allow water to intrude in the basement. This customer wanted to finish their basement further down the road, but knew before he jumped on such a big costly project, the water intrusion would need to be taken care of. 

We came out and injected the hairline cracks with our Polyurethane Injection which is a repair system that can stop water seepage immediately. We follow up the Polyurethane injection with our FlexiSpan repair system. Flexispan, as it says in the name, is flexible and moves with the wall if the foundation walls happen to move.  This eliminates re-cracking and seepage further down the road.

We were called out to this property to tackle the ongoing moisture issue in the basement. We came out and installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard, and a SuperSump Pump.
