This owner called us and was in need of repairing some concrete and a wall system installation to help with wall leakage. We cut the bottom of the walls to be able to install our CleanSpace Vapor barrier, which is placed and sealed flush against the perimeter walls. This vapor barrier prevents the evaporation from ground moisture that would pull up and into the home. The barrier is puncture-resistant, making it effective and durable over time.

We finished with our CleanSpace Wall system that works as a wall barrier to capture any moisture or leaks coming through the uneven stone wall. This will force all seepage to flow into the perimeter drain system.

At this Rising Sun property, the owner wanted to get the basement completely remodeled and started with waterproofing the space. Our team installed the WaterGuard, which lies flush to the foundation. Once installed, we connected the drain to our SuperSump pump system, which has the Zoeller M53 cast iron pump with the CleanPump Stand and WaterWatch alarm system. The SuperSump offers high-volume pumping and will let the owner know if the water level rises too high, keeping your basement dry.
