This homeowner was interested in getting their crawlspace looked at due to high humidity coming up into the home. We installed our SilverGlow insulation around the perimeter, which is ideal for the crawl space walls due to its thermal properties and longevity. Finally, we finished up by laying our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Liner that helps prevent any moisture from evaporating into the crawl space, keeping it dry and clean. No more mold, odors, insects, or other moisture-related problems.

This homeowner from Telford, PA was noticing one of the slabs of their pool deck was sinking. This was creating an unsafe tripping hazard for the homeowner and their family. They called Quality 1st Basements for a free quote. The System Design Specialist recommended Polylevel injections to lift the fallen slab back in place. The homeowner could now enjoy their backyard pool without risk of falling.  

We recently received a call from a homeowner in Telford PA that was facing concerns from sunken cracked concrete located in their backyard patio. Without allowing the condition of the structure to decay even further we sent out Nelson our system design specialist over to the home and after conducting a thorough assessment we were able to provide the best possible solution. Following this evaluation our foreman Ash and his crew arrived at the home and began installing our uniquely formulated PolyLevel Foam Injections, this will ultimately stabilize and level the slabs to their initial height, as well as a full application of our specially patented ultra violet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant to protect from erosion. This owner's backyard patio is fully fortified and reinforced to handle future signs of settlement!
