A Conshohocken, PA homeowner noticed large cracks forming next to this window of their basement wall. They decided to contact Quality 1st Basement Systems to meet with a Foundation Specialist to inspect and provide recommendations on repair. System Design Specialist, Laszlo Lenkey, inspected the foundation walls throughout the entire the basement and knew the Carbon Armor Reinforcement System would be the best repair solution. Carbon Armor is designed to stabilize bowing foundation walls. The system is ten times stronger than steel, preventing the walls from bowing further. 

This home had water-damaged and moldy carpet in the basement. We took it out and installed waterproof wood look flooring designed for damp areas like basements. Regular flooring will not do well in basements because the concrete floor is porous and lets moisture through. When you cover it with carpet or other types of flooring, you can trap the air and create moisture. Wood-look flooring looks just like wood, even though it is made of vinyl. So there is no way that the new flooring can be damaged by water.

We removed the customer's dated window and cover and replaced it with a brand new Rockwell egress system!

This Pennsylvania customer was in the market for an updated basement window and window well. We were able to help them out by installing a 48x48 Slider Egress Window with an Elite Rockwell.

In this Pennsylvania home, the basement would get mild drops of condensation along the walls. The dehumidifier the customer had was not taking the amount of moisture out of the air that it was designed to do, which was causing the wet drops on the walls. Our service tech went out to the home to remove the old dehumidifier and installed our patent product SaniDry Sedona that will keep the humidity low, prevent mold growth and dust mites.
