In this partially finished home in the corner of the basement, water is intruding during heavy rain. In order for us to capture the water coming into the home, we dug out a trench between the wall and the floor to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drain system. Once the drain is installed, we place our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along the perimeter that's meant to capture any wall leakage coming through, which then flows down to the sub-floor drain.
