After contacting Quality 1st, our team conducted a full inspection to identify exactly where the moisture was coming from and designed a custom waterproofing plan tailored to the home’s specific structure and challenges.

To solve the issue at its source, we installed our WaterGuard Drainage System along the basement perimeter to capture water at the wall-floor joint and direct it to a central discharge point. We also installed the Window WellDuct System to handle leaks from the basement window, routing water into the drainage system before it could reach the floor. To remove collected water efficiently, we added our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump, known for its reliability and performance. Finally, CleanSpace Wall Panels were applied to act as a vapor barrier, blocking moisture from the walls while brightening the space.
