We sent our System Design Specialist, Dylan McDonald, to provide a thorough inspection, and he suggested they seal the crawl space from the earth's elements. A few days later, our foreman and crew arrived and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Quality 1st Basement Systems waterproofed this basement in Middlesex, NJ. We installed the WaterGuard French Drain and TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other water issues in their basement. 

Our team installed the french drain system above the foundation's footing, out of the mud zone. This prevents damage or clogging, allowing the drainage channel to collect and direct water to the sump pump system efficiently. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three sumps inside a protective liner. Water travels inside the pit area, and the pumps instantly remove the water from the home and away from the foundation.
