This homeowner from Lake Hiawatha, NJ was having moisture and structural issues in their crawl space. They called Quality 1st Basements for a free estimate. One of our System Design Specialists recommended CleanSpace and SmartJacks. 

CleanSpace was installed on the walls to act as a barrier for moisture and odors, preventing it from penetrating through. SmartJacks were installed to support any falling beams, with each SmartJack having the ability to be adjusted to the height of the crawl space for a secure fit. 

The homeowner now has peace of mind that their crawl space is protected from water damage and is structurally secure. 

Monroe homeowners had a nasty crawlspace they wanted cleaned up. Quality 1st Basement Systems removed debris and covered the crawl space in CleanSpace lining, which is made of plastic to protect against water and mold. The crew then installed a SaniDry Air System CX, a compact model specifically designed for crawl spaces that will both dehumidify and filter the air to keep it dry.

This walkway was sinking causing a tripping hazard. Quality 1st Basement Systems was out to install the PolyLevel System to lift and stabilize the  sinking concrete. PolyLevel is a lightweight solution that is environmental friendly and waterproof so it will not wash out. 

A homeowner living in Monroe Township contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to have someone come out and inspect the concrete concerns they had for their backyard patio. The patio area around their pool had settled around an inch. With the help of System Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi and our team, each patio slab was raised and leveled using PolyLevel. The homeowner was amazed at how the PolyLevel injection lifted each settled slab back to its original state.

Our System Design Specialist inspected the crawl space and noticed that it was being supported by bricks and concrete. SmartJacks were installed in the crawl space to replace the concrete and fully support the floor above. SmartJacks are a permanent solution and can be adjusted at any time if needed.
