Water was coming in through the foundation walls of this Towaco, NJ, home. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a waterproofing estimate. They knew the basement needed waterproofing but wanted to ensure the system they invested in was a permanent solution to protect their basement. We recommended an entire perimeter waterproofing system, so our team installed the WaterGuard French Drain and SuperSump Pump System. WaterGuard collects water seeping into the basement and directs it to the SuperSump Pump System, where it will be pumped away from the basement.

This Edison homeowner was getting water on their basement floors after every rain, and needed waterproof walls and a sump pump. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed EverLast Wall Panels, which are made out of durable PVC that will never rot or grow mold. EverLast has foam insulation instead of fiberglass, so it will never be ruined after a rainstorm. Water will now drain behind the wall and to the new WaterGuard drainage system. The WaterGuard drainage system will never clog and drains water to the sump pump. The SuperSump sump pump is quiet, has an airtight lid, and is capable of pumping up to 2,280 gallons of water per hour away from the house. This basement will now stay dry and looks fantastic!

Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a CarbonArmor wall reinforcement system in Edison, New Jersey. CarbonArmor hugs the foundation wall, stabilizing it and preventing it from bowing forward. The foundation is now secure.

Kyle installed our WaterGuard french drain system above the footing, out of the mud zone to prevent clogging or damage. WaterGuard collects all water seeping through the wall and from the floor, directing it straight to the sump pump. He then installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump that has three individual pumps inside to protect the basement of this large size.
