WaterGuard is installed below the floor slab and on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone and prevent clogging. This will allow it to collect any water that seeps in from the walls and floors and direct it right to the sump pump. We also installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier which will prevent water vapor from traveling through the foundation walls. Now, the homeowner will maintain a dry and healthy basement!
