In Lincoln Park, NJ, a short block wall basement was damp and in need of drainage. We installed WaterGuard, a SuperSump, and CleanSpace, then finished with concrete over the system, giving the homeowner a dry, protected space.

The owner of this Roseland, NJ home contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems regarding dampness on one of his basement walls. The System Design Specialist determined that water was coming into the basement through the cinder block walls. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed BrightWall waterproof basement panels along the bottom portion of the walls along with the WaterGuard basement waterproofing system. This basement is now dry, and the customer is very happy. The homeowner also had a flood ring installed around his hot water heater to ensure that it would not leak if broken. These solutions ensure that this basement will stay dry all of the time.

This crawlspace was very damp and cold.  This lead to the beginning of a mold problem.  To remedy the situation the homeowner wanted the crawlspace insulated, dry and useable for storage.  Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to accomplish the homeowners goals with CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo insulation and the SaniDry Sedona.  

This homeowner in Pequannock, New Jersey noticed that their concrete patio was cracking and sinking. The reasons concrete fails is because the soil below the slab is poorly compacted, or the soil is too dry or too wet. If gone unrepaired overtime, this could also create tripping hazards. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our foreman, Sean Johnson, was able to solve this issue. He used NexusPro, which is a joint sealant that is placed into the slab and seals the cracks. Then, he used Polylevel Injections to raise and stabilize the sinking slab. These injections are done by drilling small, penny-sized holes in the slab and the PolyLevel is injected to raise it. Now, the homeowner does not have to worry about tripping hazards.
