Existing pump replaced by our TripleSafe Sump Pump in an unfinished basement in Cranford, New Jersey.

Cranford homeowner experienced water leaking in his basement during rain. His basement was finished, and the water was causing significant damage to the wall covering, sheet rock, and flooring. The homeowner had his contractor install a french drain system which was clearly not working. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed the WaterGuard system to waterproof his basement. This Cranford, NJ homeowner wanted to keep their crawl space dry. System Design Specialist, Laszlo Lenkey, suggested WaterGuard and a SmartSump Pump System to prevent water intrusion. WaterGuard is a drainage system that collects the water seeping through the foundation walls and directs it over to the sump pump system.
