Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by this homeowner in Oakland, New Jersey to install a new sump pump in their basement. We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which will provide three levels of protection against water intrusion. Three pumps are located inside the liner to handle the different volumes of water intrusion. This system also has an airtight and enclosed lid to prevent water vapor from rising into the air. When the job was complete, the homeowner was happy to have a new working sump pump!

Over time, the saturated soil surrounding the home forced water inside the crawl space, resulting in unpleasant, musty conditions. The homeowner recognized this problem and the risk of further, more extensive damage to their home and turned to Quality 1st for a solution. Our team provided a complete crawl space encapsulation to waterproof the space, featuring our CleanSpace vapor Barrier. This was paired with new Drainage Matting lining the crawl space floor for water flow beneath the vapor barrier. The crawl space was insulated with our SilverGlo Insulation to waterproof the walls while maintaining a healthy environment beneath the home. Thanks to our crew, this new installation restores the health and longevity of the home to stay protected against water damage.

A basement in South Amboy, NJ had a horizontal crack on the wall. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed CarbonArmor wall strips to secure and stabilize the foundation.
