This homeowner in Sewaren, New Jersey has been a loyal customer of Quality 1st Basement Systems for almost ten years! It was time for their annual sump pump maintenance, provided by our service team. We emphasize the value of maintenance because it prolongs the lifespan of the system. 

Basement Design Specialist Laszlo Lenkey met with this customer to design a plan to fix the basement water and moisture problem as evidenced on the walls and floor. Installation of a WaterGuard Drainage System beneath the basement floor and a  TripleSafe Sump Pump System would move accumulated water out of the home. A SaniDry Sedona Air Filtration System was also installed to reduce humidity and prevent mold and odors in the basement.

A homeowner in Orange, NJ had EverLast Half wall panels installed in the basement to give it an updated look. Everlast wall not only gives the basement a cleaner look but it provides a permanent solution for drywall that has been damaged by groundwater flooding or plumbing failures.

Our wall system is designed with metal studs and inorganic, cementitious wall paneling that cannot be damaged by mold, rot, or water.

A home in Orange, NJ was experiencing water seepage coming out of a few cracks on the basement wall. The basement had an existing sump pump but water was still making it's way on the floor. The previous system was not working as it should have so Quality 1st Basements provided a permanent solution.

A TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed by our Senior Foreman, Juan Garcia. Under normal conditions, the primary pump is enough to keep the basement dry. However, if the primary pump is overwhelmed or it fails, the secondary sump pump is ready to go. If there is a power outage, the UltraSump turns on, keeping your basement dry.

ThermalDry floor was installed in East Orange. Wall Restoration was also performed. Additionally, our Waterproofing System which consist of WaterGuard, WaterGuard Port and TripleSafe were put in place as well.
