Our team recently addressed a crawl space in Kearny, NJ, which required a new waterproofing system to safeguard it from the damage caused by heavy rainfall. Under these conditions, the property was at risk of more serious damage that could compromise the building's structural integrity if water intrusion was not addressed. Our System Design Specialist, Dane, provided the property owner with a complimentary quote, which was subsequently followed up by our Foreman, Esau, and his crew to facilitate the installation.

To create a pathway for water to drain away from the foundation and crawl space floor, our Drainage Matting was installed throughout the area. This matting directs water into the WaterGuard Perimeter Drains, which channel the water into the newly installed TripleSafe Sump Pump. With three pumps integrated into one system, this sump pump is designed to manage high volumes of leaking water, preventing flooding in the space. Additionally, the drainage matting was sealed with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to inhibit water penetration, and the area was insulated with our SilverGlo Wall Insulation. With all these new components in place, this crawl space is now assured to remain free of leaking water and protected against humidity.
