We recently had a sump pump installed in our crawl space. It was long overdue. The job involved a lot of jack hammering and installation of piping leading to the outdoor drain. The crew showed up on schedule and did a great job, while containing the dust as much as possible. Tim was our sales rep/ contact and was very informative and easy to reach when I had a question. I would recommend Quality First Basements to anyone who needed similar work. That’s how we heard about them, from my neighbor. Can’t wait to see it in action the next time there’s a big storm.
