Three months after Q1st’s installation of French drains in my basement, my sales rep Joe Hubbard returned to take extensive measurements of my basement walls and floors. One month later Joe returned with Mason, who heads up the tech dept for Q1st and assigns the install team, and they took even more precise measurements to make sure the right materials in kind and quantity would be ordered. For the two-day install, the amazing Wilber and his amazing team returned to put up walls and lay down flooring and the result was pure perfection. Wilber and his team have again hit a home run. And after 50 years I have my basement back and it’s never looked better!! Or drier!! Thank you Joe, Mason, and Wilber.

I had an enormously gratifying experience utilizing the services of Quality 1st Basement Systems to install a French drain system in the basement of my home. The sales rep, Joe Hubbard, is a model of professionalism and patience. Over a two-month period he answered numerous texts, emails, and phone calls with thoughtfulness, accuracy, and patience. He empathized with my anxiety of needing to resolve a 40 year old flooding problem. He also never pushed, but he always explained in a way that was genuinely convincing. So if you use Q1st for any major or minor basement repair, ask them to send Joe.

When it comes to installation of the water drainage system, in my case French drains, ask for Wilver and his team. They are professional to the core and delightful to work with. They work fast, hard, and smart. Wilver took the time to ask important questions, obtain my input on various installation matters before proceeding, and test the system once installed. He and his team of 4 minimized dust by sealing off vents, doorways, stair wells, utilities, and security equipment with plastic sheeting and painters tape. Whatever cleanup needed to be done left my basement cleaner and in better shape than it was before the Q1st team arrived!

I should also give kudos to the home office - it stayed on top of admin, billing, and logistical issues. Always professional and accommodating.

Today Chris Germain of Quality 1st did maintenance on the 2 triple protection French drains in my house. He is the epitome of professionalism - he took the time to explain the steps he was taking to check, clean, test, and maintain the system. Chris also offered helpful advice on how to perform basic checks on the system between annual maintenance visits. He demonstrated how thoroughly knowledgeable he is about the technical aspects of French drains and waterproofing homes in all aspects, giving me useful insights. And he did so in a clear, concise, and comprehensive way. I will request him by name for future maintenance visits.
