After a long night of manually pumping water out after a power outage rendered our sump pump useless, we hired this company to install a new sump pump pit with a waterproof housing and install a second pump and a battery back up. This was in 2012 and we have never had another sleepless night manually pumping again. The installer completed the job quickly and professionally. Since then, they have been back to service and maintenance our entire sump pump system and he always comes. I appreciate that they send the person who installed the system because he knows what to look for. They have honored their warranty and we were able to transfer the remaining warranty to a new buyer after we recently sold the home.
