We had several leaks in our basement over the years and decided to have it checked out. Basement Systems came out and took a look and there was in fact several problems that needed to be addressed. After checking around for the best price we decided to go with Basement Systems and we were not disappointed, it has been almost 4 years and we have not had any water problems. This company was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done to keep our basement dry.

Basement Systems installed a SaniDry system in our basement and the results have been incredible. The air quality in our finished basement had been damp, dank and musty smelling until the installation of this system. The SaniDry dehumidifier is powerful, quiet and completely automatic and the basement air quality has never been so good. I can say with complete confidence that this an an investment a homeowner will never regret.

This is a great company. I never write reviews but I have to say I was so happy with the work they performed in my basement. I had extreme water damage behind the walls of my finished basement that was never seen by the home inspector a few years back. Over the last year every time it rained I would have small amount of water on my basement floor. Finally in a large rain storm our basement flooded. I called your company and he came to my house, did a full inspection and found the problem areas. His crew came out lead by the foreman and three days later I have a dry and smell free basement. The installers were great, hardworking and professional. I can't recommend this company enough and I am finally happy I can use my basement!

If I had know this 10 years ago, I would have definitely had this new sump pump system and drains put in then. I worried for years any time we had a strong and continuous rain that I would get water in due to the way the back yard was landscaped. I contacted the company regarding my dirt crawl space and moisture that was coming through into the home. They came out and encapsulated the crawl space turning it into a clean, dry and moisture free space.
