We found him to be an excellent, respectful professional who was obviously knowledgeable about what Basement Systems could do. He was very honest, telling us exactly how much the cost would be and giving suggestions along the way. He was patient with all of our questions and never rushed us into a decision. They missed some mold on the rafters but when asked about it, quickly fixed it. They were very hard working and respectful. He was willing to answer our questions even though he was very busy. He came later to install our Sani-dry and to fix the newly installed windows. He was able to discern the problem, fix it and show us what was wrong. He too was excellent at what he was doing, very respectful and patient as we asked questions. The information available on your website was so helpful and full of detail about basement problems and why your company can fix them. The books you offered for free were outstanding in their explanations. The company stood out way above any others on the web. But the clincher in choosing your company was the helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and honest young man you sent out as our inspector.

Hi, I had a sump pump system installed by your company in October 2020. I'm happy to tell you that it has worked great and our wet basement issues are a thing of the past. Thank you! What a relief. He came out and got to the source of my water problems. In the past I’ve had water proofing quotes that never suggested a fix to my issues just a rushed solution. I do plan on moving forward with the job because it’s very affordable and a clear cut plan!
