We were familiar with Quality 1st from a past experience. I was impressed with their work so when we bought a single home fairly recently that needed foundation work in the basement we called Quality 1st. I checked with some local contractors but it was out of their area of expertise. We met with Steve Ventriglio at Quality 1st. Steve arrived on time for the appointment. He completed a custom design for our basement. The price was competitive. They also provide their own financing which helped a lot. Steve is knowledgeable, personable, responsive, and great to work with. The crew arrived on time, had the right tools and materials, and worked tirelessly. The crew also cleaned up meticulously and was pleasant. I was impressed again with their work. Quality 1st still adheres to the same standards of customer service and workmanship as they did before Covid. It was nice to see they have not changed. We would recommend Quality 1st.
