My wife and I first had work done to our basement with Quality 1st Basement Systems back in 2010 when we had waterproofing done on our basement. Since then we are pleased with the annual service appointments, and how smoothly everything goes. The staff are excellent in setting up the appointment and the techs are wonderful. We had been dealing with water flooding in our basement for a few years, but we were not sure what to do about it. After seeing a truck for Quality 1st Basement Systems on the road, we decided to try them out and see if they could help. When the sales man came to our house, we were impressed with how courteous and knowledgeable he was, how reasonable the price was, and how we had flexibility to do what we wanted. We first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because we were having problems with our crawl space and we were interested in getting The Turtl crawl space access system installed. We were very happy when the inspector first came out. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and were able to tell us what we actually needed for our crawl space. They were even able to help us make the decision to waterproof our crawl space as well as install the Turtl. When it came time for the installation, we were happy with the high quality of work that they performed. Our crawl space looks brand new and is totally water proof!

When I was made aware of Quality First Basement Company, I was impressed right from the beginning. Within 10 hours a representative, Jack Huber came to my home and he checked out my basement and said that I need waterproofing. He explained everything to me and showed me all of the steps of this process on a computer.I just wanted to say that Quality First did a fantastic job on my basement waterproofing. The team of Delphino, Rodney, and Javier was wonderful. They were very professional and they explained everything to me as they were completing the job. My nephew first recommended me to Quality 1st when I realized that I had water in my basement and needed a quick solution. My salesman did a great job on his presentation and helping me understand all of the products and services offered. The installation crew led by Wilver did a good job they were neat and clean. I did research with other companies but their availability and speedy response helped me make the right decision.
