I first got introduced to Quality 1st by my neighbor who has his basement waterproofed and finished. When I called to set up my initial inspection the office staff was very helpful and professional. When I met with my inspector he did a superb job at explaining all of my possible solutions and left me with a proposal the same day! The installation crew did a great job and completed everything in 2 days. In the end I chose Quality 1st because I believe in their products.

I am satisfied with the work completed by Quality 1st Basements. I have an unfinished basement and was experiencing some issues with water and moisture. I called for my free estimate and liked that all of my questions and concerns were answered by the office staff. After meeting with my salesman John I felt confident in what had to be done to waterproof my basement. I invested in the Triplesafe sump pump system along with the full perimeter Waterguard system. The installation crew led by Juan Garcia did a great job. They were on time, efficient, quiet and clean. I will gladly recommend Quality 1st to anyone with a water problem.

Annual maintenance of sump pump. This sump pump is great. If we didn’t have it, we couldn’t use the basement. Quality First does a great job keeping it clean & running properly. Highly recommend. Ryan was great and I will request him again next year.

The salesman Dane was extremely knowledgeable, clear, and concise. I knew exactly what I was getting. He provided pictures and detailed descriptions. The installation team was quick and very clean. Quality 1st repaired a foundation wall and installed a sump pump in my basement. We had some difficulty with the town approving the foundation wall repair and Kyle saved the day! He is the on-site project manager. He coordinated with the engineer, the installers, and the town to make it right. In the end, we needed 2 extra steel support beams and Kyle made sure they were installed immediately and correctly without charging me extra. My only advice to anyone who needs a foundation repair is to request Quality 1st have the engineer visit the site first rather than later.

Jeff gave us options and didn't try to sell you the "entire package".  Other companies insisted we had to waterproof the entire basement and one of the companies was double the price.  We have no fear now when there is heavy rain in the forecast!!  What a relief!

I got a sump pump installed and encapsulated my crawlspace to protect me from future storms. Everything was installed in just 2 days and the installation crew was very professional. The crew leader Victor advised me at every stage as to what to expect. A friend of mine was visiting who had her own French drain installed and stated she has never seen such a clean job.
