Randy came out after we saw a leak from waterproofing installed by the same company two ok the earlier. There were a few issues that weren’t handled the first time, but to be honest, we had a downpour when they were installing the waterproofing. Randy extended the pipe for one of the existing sump pumps and gave it a new battery while concreting aground areas that weren’t reinforced. He was super helpful and I hope if there’s ever a problem down the line, Randy comes back out.

I first heard about Quality 1st through the yellowpages looking to fix the horizontal cracks on my basement walls. I am well satisfied with the work completed by Quality 1st Dan M. was very knowledgeable and the cost was within my budget. The wall anchors were able to stabilize the wall and not allow for any further horizontal cracking.

Quality 1st did an excellent foundation repair and push pier installation for our settling foundation. Jeff Nero was our sales representative, who was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. When it came time for installation, our senior foreman was Jonathan Neira. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring, providing daily updates on progress. Jonathan and his crew went above and beyond with installation of push piers, doing fantastic daily work that required a lot of physical labor. They also did an excellent job of cleanup post-installation. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Quality 1st and the above mentioned foreman and crew for any work you need to have done!

First came the phone call to 1st. The woman made an appointment and told me the name of the person who would be coming to provide me with an estimate and a recommendation. Then, a reminder phone call the day before.The representative was thoroughly professional, assessed the situation correctly and set a date for the repair to occur.The repair crew arrived on-time and finished up promptly. The foreman of the crew explained what has been done, and left the job in a workman-like manner - the worksite was cleaned up well.The fix worked. What more could one ask for?
