Our 'not so close' neighbor, Dave Wilson, worked for the 1st company R&M and left! We didn't know where to... Their price kept escalating and they weren't responsive to our convenience/time. They actually came for application around house perimeter during a torrential rainstorm! Dave told us about his new job and we chose Cowley's based on his recommendation!
