One more thing. The crew had to stop work in the crawl space after noticing that the trunk line for the furnace had a big gap in it. And they also noticed a leaking sewer pipe. I commend them for bringing these problems to light. The pipe was fixed and all the duct work was replace, but we still have some serious issues in the crawl space. Water is leaking from the plenum (streaming down) due to an improperly place evaporator coil. And there is condensation everywhere! The pipes are dripping and all the insulation around the trunk lines and run offs are dripping also. It looks like it is raining down there. Work cannot be completed until these problems are taken care of. I will be in constant contact. Thanks...........Joe Ricci
