I have to comment on Alfonso. He is a technician  that Cowleys should be very proud of. He was so polite and respectful of the residents of my building. I have respect for the way he handled himself dealing with the people that live in my building. The resident of apartment 12 escaped Poland from the Holocaust  as a very young girl. Se was extremely upset by having mice where she lives. One reason is because she is mostly confined to her bed. Alfonzo explained what he was doing and how it works. I was so happy to have Alfonzo represent my Foundation.  He deserves as much credit as I can give him by the way he conducts himself. Thank you for sending Alfonzo.

Got the job done quickly and haven't seen anything come back so far. Was good with explaining the situation and what was going to be used to get rid of it.

Extremely pleased and would recommend this company to anyone. The technician was very professional and courteous. He came to identify a bug and give a free estimate. After checking out the problem and taking a sample with him, he called me back within less than a half hour of leaving here with the information. It seems that our problem was able to be solved without any treatments from them and he recommended what we can do on our own to rectify the problem. I was amazed that they did not try to push any services or recommend something that we didn't need. I felt they were completely honest and weren't looking to make a quick profit.

Incredibly thorough. He even went into the basement crawl spaces to check the mouse traps, something not all your technicians do. I greatly appreciated the time he took and would love to have Kevin as our technician on future calls.
