Unlevel floors, inoperable doors and windows or cracked drywall?  The SmartJack is a high-capacity adjustable steel pier designed to stop settling and even raise your floor back up to the proper level.  Each SmartJack will hold 30,000 pounds, and if future settling occurs, the SmartJack can be easily adjusted again.  

A dirt crawl space under a home is a very bad idea.  The earth has very high humidity in the soil.  This water vapor moves easily into the crawl space and upwards into the house environment.  The natural airflow in a house is from bottom to top.  This sucks the moist air and everything in it up into the living areas of the home. CleanSpace liner is used to isolate the home from the earth completely and permanently.  The CleanSpace liner is an attractive, bright, tough, impervious liner-and a healthy home above it!

Vapor barriers are a must-have for any crawl space. If this area of the home isn’t properly protected from invading moisture, then it can lead to damage to the home as well as stuffy air that will spread to the rest of the home. Here, you can see the difference our CleanSpace system makes! Comprised of 4 layers of Polyethylene, CleanSpace is a highly durable and effective vapor barrier. Plus, it can wrap and contort to any surface, meaning it can work in any crawl space without issue!

A homeowner called in with deteriorating walls and floors due to water and moisture damage. To prevent further chipping, our team installed Drainage Matting for the floors, BrightWall for the walls, and a Sump Pump for backup. 

A home in Mechanicville, NY had multiple cracks in its foundation. These cracks were causing water to seep through with black mold growth and efflorescence build up on the wall. Adirondack Basement Systems came in and repaired the cracks with FlexiSpan. A permanent solution to seal wall cracks, FlexiSpan will never dry out or re-crack over time. It is made from a high-viscosity polyurethane polymer that forms a durable yet flexible seal. To ensure that it never fails, a second layer of drainage is installed over the sealed crack that will direct water to a basement drainage system or dry well.

This customer had a crack in their foundation and wanted it repaired. We used Carbon Armor and then placed Bright Wall over it for the finishing touch.
