Zen Wall is a 1/4 inch thick encapsulated fiberglass core with a reflective foil vapor barrier on the back side and a decorative vinyl finish on the front side.  It is used with a perimeter basement waterproofing system to waterproof a basement wall, and stop water vapor from coming through the wall into the basement air.  This enables your basement walls to look dry, and get a clean finished look in one easy step. 

Prior to having one of our TripleSafe Sump Pump systems installed, homeowners in Troy had a sump pump that didn't work properly which left their basement wet. Now that they have a TripleSafe system the basement will stay dry all the time due to having two sump pumps and a back up battery pump!

This basement has been entirely encapsulated using CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is made of inorganic materials so it cannot support mold/mildew growth. Highly durable, pests won't find it easy to enter the encapsulated space. In fact, we are so confident in its durability that it is installed with a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. An added benefit of this barrier is that it acts as a passive radon mitigation system as well as being fully compatible with your active radon mitigation system.

Our SunHouse Window Wells is a smart way to keep water from entering through basement windows. The well also will help provide the basement with natural light!
