Your installation completely stopped a problem we had for years. Water would seep into the outside window wells and we had to go out with a bucket and empty them.  The water would flow over the window sills and down the walls. He used pictures, diagrams, and examples which really helped me get the big picture. The book you give out was very helpful to help understand the job. Also, I appreciated all the time he took taking pictures & studying the 'lay of the land' so to speak. It gave me a sense of confidence that the project was so carefully planned out before the actual work was done.

Your service technician is very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and neat. Along with that the service technician explained everything very well. There is nothing that could be done differently. The office staff is very polite, well spoken and have a pleasant voice.
