"I would like to let someone know that in observing Zach and how he runs a project is a wonderful thing. He is consistently making comments about everyone being safe, and taking breaks if they need a breather.   Specifically, he told one of the guys to not worry about dropping a bucket of stones going down the stairs if he needed instead of falling down the stairs and hurting himself. I thought this was great instruction and agreed with him telling the worker that stone can always be shoveled or swept up.    As you know, everything they carry down and carry out is heavy and I am impressed by his concern for safety and employee health.
