The foreman did a very attractive job. The installation crew was polite, punctual- explained everything every step of the way. Along with the Design Specialist Tim was very accommodating, I've been late for several appointments and he has always been gracious. Explains the information thoroughly.To add the office staff is incredible, each time I had called I've received well explained and prompt answers to the action.

I am so relieved that all of the work is done and done so well! I am no longer "afraid" of my own basement. I believe that I could resell my house if I wanted to much more easily. And, if another "Irene & lee" storm comes, I will do fine. You get what you pay for- but I got even more than that. The crew was excellent. The foreman, Jason, was on top of everything and a great communicator. I felt respected. He is truly an excellant employee- treat him well and retain him! The Design Specialist, Matt, was thorough and had great knowldege. He was honest, respectful, and did not use pressure tactics.
