I asked lots of questions and the Service Tech answered all of them in depth. Very nice and courteous. 

I didn’t think there was any solution to my damp and leak prone room. It is half in ground and had 2 sump pumps improperly installed by another company last fall. I saw a mail brochure from Healthy Basements and made an appointment but was skeptical. I was sure they could fix it but thought it would cost too much. I was so pleasantly surprised!! Their system is without a doubt far superior to all the garbage that was previously installed. The price was reasonable and made their system a necessity!!  With the new properly installed drainage system and sump pumps I was able to have them add a quality dehumidifier that drains directly into the sump pumps.  The room is constantly and completely dry and I’ll never have to empty a dehumidifier again!!  I expected to hear it would take several days - NOPE. Their wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable crew came in and did a huge job in one day- dig our drainage lines, install sump pumps and connect dehumidifier and cement. They had a glitch and knew exactly how to fix it- got more supplies immediately and finished before 5. No additional charge for the unexpected change.  If they didn’t have that one problem- I’m sure they would have been done before 3!!  I will recommend this company to anyone who needs real help with water or humidity inside.  Ultra professional and friendly!!  The office people on the phone are just as wonderful. This company provides SERVICE!!  I can’t say how happy I am with my new dry family room!!!!!

Healthy Basement Systems had waterproofed our basement on Tidewater Ave in Massapequa.  Below are photos of my street from about 8 AM Sunday morning August 28, the day Hurricane Irene hit. While most of my neighbors had substantial water in their basement I am glad to tell you that we had none.   I highly recommended Healthy Basements and even told some of my colleagues and friends who had experienced water problems. 

They were prompt, courteous, efficient. They came back to explain in detail the system and go over any additional questions. I am very happy wight the work done. We have recommended them to several other families who all have been happy with the results.
