After researching companies online the office staff was very courteous and helpful. The information and literature supplied by our design specialist Mike Alexander was very helpful in our decision. The installation crew arrived on time, they were respectful of our home and cleaned-up well when the job was completed. 

We installed a full perimeter waterguard system to catch any water coming up from floor and down walls. We then installed our 3 pump system called TripleSafe that comes with a battery backup system in case the electric goes out. 

I had two other companies come to my home for an estimate. Eric was the most informative and detailed salesperson. He did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. The sump pump and system has been working great and I feel like I can finish my basement. Thank You Healthy Basement Systems!

The owner himself came to our house. The entire process was great from the 1st phone call to the office to the clean up process. 

We are buying a house and need a foundation expert to assess the foundation cracks. Gabriel from the company arrived on time and were very professional, courteous, and patient. he inspected the house foundation from both outside and inside. He looked around the house and the entire basement, gave us his opinion of the foundation condition. he took a lot of pictures for future analysis. Since his company no longer does this kind of repair, he spent time with another contractor to give me an accurate estimate. Based on his professional opinion, I decide not to buy the house. I felt that his opinion is invaluable. I suggest all home buyers consult a foundation expert like him before signing the contract, because many old houses could have potential foundation problem which is very expensive to fix and could cause a lot of long term headache.
