This Lockport crawl space had a history of flooding and damaging items stored there. The CleanSpace encapsulation system will allow water to drain away and seal out moisture from the crawlspace permanently. 

This dark and musty crawl space in Jason’s home was completely transformed after our crew here at Frank’s Basement Systems came out. We installed several of our patented products, including SilverGlo Wall Insulation and the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, to make the space brighter, drier, and far more energy-efficient!

Josh's crawl space was wet and dirty, with the insulation falling apart, so he had Frank's Basement Systems come out to help restore it! We installed the SilverGlo Wall Insulation System, TerraBlock Floor Insulation, and the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Now Josh’s crawl space is not only drier, but it’s also properly insulated! 

Jayce's crawl space had water constantly seeping into it, creating a cold and wet space under his home.
