The supports in this crawl space were starting to fail, causing unlevel floors and drywall cracking upstairs. A total of six SmartJack posts were used to replace existing rusted and failing posts. 

This homeowner in Tonawanda, NY, called in because they noticed a crack in their basement wall that was causing their walls to bow inwards. There was no water seepage just yet, but this bowing wall was cause for major concern. Our crew came in and sealed the crack, followed by an installation of 5 I-beams along their bowing wall.
