Our crew went out to Fontella Q.'s home in Buffalo, New York, when she called in due to excessive water seepage in her basement. After shoring it up with our patented products, Fontella can have peace of mind for years to come!

Our crew installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage system to prevent water from ever touching the basement floor again.

Pamela was struggling with large pools of water in the basement of her Buffalo, NY home. On her own, she couldn't figure out why this kept happening until she reached out to our Team here at Frank's Basement Systems to see if we could come in and help to stop this problem in its tracks. The walls were a main source of water coming into the space. The Team wrapped all of the basement's foundation walls in CleanSpace® Basement Finishing Wall System, which will work as a moisture and vapor barrier. It helps to capture all the moisture from the walls and direct it down the perimeter drain system. To collect all of the water now being directed down from the CleanSpace, we installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard® Basement Drainage System. This system is designed to sit below a layer of concrete and capture water seepage from the CleanSpace and any leaks along where the wall and floor meet. Since the drainage system is covered in a layer of concrete, it becomes nearly invisible, with the top part of the wall flange visible. With these and a new sump pump installed in the space, Pamela won't have to worry about water pooling in her basement or causing any more damage, thanks to Frank's Basement Systems!
