Frank’s Basement Systems helped turn Andrew’s basement, which had been dealing with water intrusion and, in turn, ruining his floors, into a cleaner, brighter space. Our crew installed BrightWall panels and the WaterGuard drainage system to help give Andrew the dry basement he had been wanting!

Water seepage won’t be an issue for Karina anymore thanks to Frank’s Basmnet Systems! We installed a complete perimeter for the WaterGuard drainage system, fixed several leaky wall cracks with Xypex and BrightWall panels, and upgraded her sump pump to a SuperSump Plus. Now, this basement can stay dry and usable for years to come!

She thought it was just a leaking wall crack, but it turned out to be the first sign of her basement walls shifting and bowing. So Frank's Basement Systems moved fast, fixing the wall crack using an Xypex system, BrightWall, and the WaterGuard drainage system. Then, to fix that bowing wall, I-Beams were installed to stabilize it for good!

A cracked wall letting water creep in is no longer the case for Keith, thanks to Frank's Basement Systems! We sealed it with an Xypex system, then fully waterproofed it with BrightWall and the WaterGuard drainage system. Now this leaky issue in Keith's basement is dry and worry-free from here on out!

This Hamburg basement is now permanently waterproofed. The CleanSpace antimicrobial sheets on the wall will prevent moisture from entering through the walls and the patented WaterGuard drainage system will keep water under the floor.
