This homeowner can now reap the benefits of having a dry basement all year round thanks to our patented WaterGuard drainage system!

Jacob has the goal of turning his unfinished basement into a finished one in his home in East Aurora, NY, but they needs to address the issue of water getting into the space. So they reached out to the Team here at Frank’s Basement System to help them waterproof the basement before they finished their basement remodel. For this basement waterproofing project, we installed BrightWall® Basement Wall Panels which are designed to stop any water from seeping through the walls and into the basement. Instead, they trap and direct all of that moisture down the perimeter drainage system. To catch all of that water being directed down from the BrightWall, we will install a full basement perimeter of our WaterGuard® Basement Drainage System. This system works to capture all of the moisture coming from walls or leaks along the wall and floor joint through inlet holes in the system. That water will then flow down to a sump pump. Now that this space is waterproofed, he won't have to worry about water in the space, and it’s ready for Jacob to take the following steps to turn it into a finished basement!

Scott's basement already had a sump pump system installed, but there was no way for all the water seeping in to flow down into the system. Frustrated with all of the puddles on his basement floor, he had Frank's Basement Systems come out to help. We installed the FlowGuard drainage system so any moisture seeping into Scott's basement would enter the perimeter drainage system and flow into the sump pump!

Mary, a homeowner in Gasport, NY, called Frank's when she noticed water seeping through various cracks in her basement wall. Our crew went out to Mary's home and sealed her wall crack with our Xypex flexible sealant and a panel of our patented BrightWall inorganic paneling system.
