Caitlyn was selling her home in Nedrow, NY and needed to have a Radon Mitigation System installed before putting the house on the market. In NYS your home must have a Radon Level below 4.0 pCi/L. Woodford Bros., Inc. installed the system for her and she was able to sell her house! 

This Syracuse, NY homeowner was concerned over how radon levels in their home would affect their health and the future sale of the home. Wanting to stay on top of the issue they decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for a radon mitigation system. 

After a home inspection by our System Design Specialist, we suggested our most common radon mitigation system that works to depressurize the soil beneath the home, allowing for the radon gas to be redirected. The radon gas is then directed through a PVC pipe that is connected to a fan at the top of the structure ensuring proper ventilation out of the home. With this system installed, the homeowner can rest assured that their home and health are protected against radon gas.  

The old radon mitigation system at this Syracuse, NY home had long since been inspected, and the homeowner wanted to ensure that it was effectively mitigating radon within the home.
