This Cape Cod style home in Binghamton, NY needed insulation.  Shown here is one of the side attics.

4 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the roof deck here.  This will help improve the comfort of the home and increase energy efficiency.

The existing fiberglass insulation in this attic was improperly installed. Our crews removed that insulation, air sealed and baffled then added 14inches of cellulose insulation completely transforming the attic. Having a properly insulated attic will help with energy efficiency and overall home comfort.

Attic in Binghamton, NY that was uninsulated. We proposed to spray foam the walls in order to create a sealed building envelope to make the homeowners more comfortable. 

This attic was previously insulated with Fiberglass Insulation which is known to not perform as well as TruSoft Cellulose or Spray Foam Insulation. Since this homeowner didn't want to use the attic for storage, we proposed to insulate with TruSoft Cellulose and air seal before that to make sure that there were absolutely no air leaks in the attic. 

Basement walls are pretty easy to insulate. They are usually exposed walls that we can apply spray foam to directly. This was a simple upgrade to the home that will last the entirety of the home's life and it will make the homeowners much happier.
