This attic was previously insulated with Fiberglass Insulation which is known to not perform as well as TruSoft Cellulose or Spray Foam Insulation. Since this homeowner didn't want to use the attic for storage, we proposed to insulate with TruSoft Cellulose and air seal before that to make sure that there were absolutely no air leaks in the attic.
