This garage was uninsulated and was very expensive to heat in the winter. The homeowner decided the best solution was to insulate the exterior walls with spray foam insulation like we suggested based on our Home Comfort Evaluation and on site estimate post inspection.

These Apalachian, NY homeowners called us to insulate their attic after learning how much money they were losing on their energy bills. Air from inside the home can escape through the cracks in the attic, and let outside air in. Their fiberglass insulation was not doing the trick.

We insulated the attic with closed cell spray foam insulation. This method will air seal and insulate the home so that the homeowner will not feel such large drafts going through their home, and greatly reduce their energy bills.

Spray foaming the rim joist is one of the most important upgrades we can make to a home. In most homes there is a large gap between where the walls and ceiling come together and this gap causes a lot of air leakage into the home thus fueling the stack effect fire even more. The air is getting sucked into the home through the rim joist and then escaping out of the attic. Our spray foam solved this problem by air sealing the area.

Here our crew installed our SilverGlo insulation panels. These panels are made from rigid foam board that is mixed with graphite, giving it the color. The graphite in the SilverGlo reflects heat, keeping it indoors to make basements warmer.

Some attic spaces are more accessible than others. In this case, the crew had a very narrow work space which led to the decision of TruSoft cellulose as it can be blown in.
