This Apalachin, NY home was gutted when the current owner purchased the property.

We applied 3 inches of closed cell spray foam to all the roof decks.  Once renovations are done this will be a very comfortable home!

This home in Apalachin, NY needed new insulation in the attic.

After removing the old insulation.  We air sealed the attic and did an open blow of 16 inches of cellulose insulation.  With the air sealing and cellulose, this attic is now much better insulated.  

This newly purchased home in Apalachin, NY had the insulation in a crawl space falling down.

We removed the old insulation and sprayed 3 inches of closed cell foam to the walls of the crawl space.  It's now properly insulated and the rooms above will be more comfortable and energy efficient.

The existing fiberglass just wasn't helping enough.  After air sealing, we did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation over the existing fiberglass.  The comfort of this home will now increase while the energy bills decrease.
